Madonna is currently on holiday with her family in celebration of her birthday. Madonna turned 51 years old yesterday, she celebrated her birthday by locking lips with her model boyfriend Jesus during a luxurious vacation, RadarOnline.com reports. Madge was photographed sharing a birthday breakfast with her 22-year-old boytoy at Portofino’s Splendido Hotel – where she reportedly booked an entire floor.
