Lindsay Lohan is officially annoying!!! LOL! According to TMZ, Neighbors of Lilo started calling LAPD cops yesterday morning because of loud music at Lilo’s. The cops gave her a ticket for being too frickin’ loud.
Neighbors in the Hollywood Hills started calling the PD early yesterday morning because of loud music at Lindsay’s. At 4:20 AM, cops came out and took care of business by giving LiLo a ticket for excessive noise.
