Winfrey slips to two after two consecutive years at the top of the power countdown. Publication editors make their picks based on monies earned and global fame. Madonna, Beyonce Knowles and Tiger Woods complete the new top five. Newcomers to the Forbes power list include Taylor Swift at 69, Toby Keith at 59 and actor Alec Baldwin at 91.
