Paris Hilton needs a stylist help. Mischa Barton first wore this Grecian-inspired gown to a DSquared party in L.A. last fall, while Paris Hilton picked the frock for a fete in Cannes. Mischa kept her look fairly simple with a few bracelets and she looks fabulous, while Paris added a belt and headband to her ensemble, sorry she looks cheap.
