Uma Thurman was rumored to have married Arpad Busson in the Bahamas over the weekend, and, with the actress’ camp mum, eagle-eyed reporters and photographers attempted to scope out her left hand and draw a conclusion. Thurman stumped them by wearing bright baubles that were neither a wedding band nor the 8-carat engagement stunner she was reportedly given when Busson proposed last June. Instead of the big diamond, the Kill Bill star wore a topaz piece to an event for Cookie magazine Monday, and a shiny gold accoutrement to a press conference for the Tribeca Film Festival.
“Uma did not get married,” Thurman’s rep, Stephen Huvane, tells E! News.
