High School Musical stars Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens will tie the knot in a intimate wedding ceremony in September. What? Are they already engaged? OMG!! They grow up so fast!

Blabbing tattles tell Britain’s People that the couple are already eyeing tropical venues for the Fall nupitals. Hawaii’s winning by a nose.

“Zac is over the moon Vanessa said ‘yes,;” according to a source close to the couple. “They are both young but they know it’s the real thing.”

Zac, 21, and Vanessa, 20, met on the set of Disney’s High School Musical three years ago and played teen couple Troy and Gabriella in the franchise. The young lovers live together in Los Angeles.

“The proposal was something Zac had been thinking about for a while. They are both really excited about the wedding – it will be a star-studded day. They fell in love with Hawaii while there for a friend’s wedding. And Vanessa wants to get married on a beach so it’s perfect.”

Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens re-enact a scene from Disney’s animated classic Sleeping Beauty in a new photograph shot by renowned Annie Leibovitz.  The High School Musical couple posed for a photo, called “Where Romance is Celebrated,” that will appear as part of Disney Theme Parks’ new “What Will You Celebrate?” campaign.

UPDATE!!!! Ok, According to Celebuzz, Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens are not getting married…. A rep from Hudgens denied the wedding report:

Despite reports that Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens were planning a September wedding in Hawaii,  Hudgens’ rep Jill Fritzo tells Celebuzz they’re not engaged and “not living together.”
