Sporty Spice, Melanie Chisolm welcomed daughter Scarlet Starr at 4:10 p.m. on Sunday in London. The baby girl weighed in at 8 lbs., 3 oz., and is “beautiful” and “doing fine,” Melanie announced on her Web site. Scarlet is the first child for Mel C., 35, and her partner of six years, Thomas Starr. Awww… a baby girl, cute!! Congratulations to Melanie!!
