Avril Lavigne is awarded the Certificate of Honor from the China Association of Social Workers in Beijing on Monday. Avril had helped to raise funds for poor families and children with disabilities in China during her Best Damn Tour. She even presented gifts to children from China’s earthquake-ravaged Sichuan province. (Did you hear that Sharon?) Avril is a great person for helping people. She deserves a lot of good things! But WTF with her face here? She looks like a tranny mess or something . Anyway, maybe she’s tired or it’s just some botox, Whatever!
